Leaders In Training (LIT) Program
Ages 16-17
Grow. Serve. Lead.
The LIT Program at SON‑Life Camp & Retreat Center gives high school students (ages 16–17) who are excited about camp a chance to serve behind the scenes, deepen their faith, and learn what leadership looks like in a Christ-centered environment.
You’ll spend a week as a camper (choose between Outpost or Teen Extreme) and then two weeks serving alongside our summer staff—helping run activities, supporting staff, and building community.
Check In: 7:30 am, Monday
Check out: 2:45 pm, Friday

Leadership Practice – You’ll get opportunities to lead small group devotionals, assist in activity planning, and speak into younger campers’ lives in meaningful ways.
