The non-refundable deposit applies to any remaining retreat facilities balance due upon arrival. The balance of the minimum guarantee (25 people) is due when you arrive for your retreat.

If you choose to have SON-Life Camp provide food service for you, you must use complete food service for the length of the stay. Please indicate on your Rental Agreement Form if you would like this option. SON-Life Camp must know the exact number of persons five days before the retreat.
$7 per person per meal
SON-Life Camp requires a minimum charge of 25 people per meal even if the actual number of people served is less.
Use of the Dining Hall and Kitchen, Campfire pit, Volleyball Court, and Ball Diamond for an afternoon and evening.
$250 plus a $50 deposit that may be returned if facilities are left clean and in good repair.
